Daniel M. Plonsky was born and raised in West Chester, Pennsylvania. He graduated with honors from the University of Miami where he received a bachelor’s degree in business administration. Daniel obtained his law degree from Stetson University College of Law in St. Petersburg, Florida, and was accepted into the practice of law by the State of Florida in 2003.

After admission to the Florida Bar Association, he was selected for the position of Assistant Attorney General in Tampa, Florida. As an Assistant Attorney General, he gained valuable experience while representing the Department of Children and Families in cases involving child abuse, neglect and abandonment. He represented the State of Florida in hundreds of court hearings and won dozens of trials.

In 2006, Daniel left the Attorney General's office to enter private practice. As a private attorney, he represented clients in a range of legal matters, including estate planning, probate, formation of business entities, and civil litigation. He opened his own law office in 2007 and has been providing exceptional legal services at an affordable cost to the Sarasota and Bradenton area.

The law office opened in 2007 to provide exceptional and affordable legal services to Manatee and Sarasota Counties and surrounding areas. Our main office is located in Lakewood Ranch, Florida. However, Daniel Plonsky is happy to meet clients at their home, place of business, or other locations that are convenient for them.
